My friend and I went in for a massage today and the gentleman who said he is the owner of the establishment said he only had time for one massage. My friend was unhappy with the gentleman services. My friend and I went to ask for a refund since the gentleman did a very poor job on working out the knots in the arms and hands, but they refuse to give us a refund and instead wanted to argue about how good his massage was. I believe this is unacceptable customer service. I would not recommend this place.
I’m going to be honest and fair and my intention is not to hurt the local business but I also think it’s fair to give potential customers an honest review to look at and decide if they would use this service. First of all I called asking if they had a couples discount and the gentlemen said yes so I made a reservation for two. When we arrived he showed us the rate sheet and ended up not honoring what he said over the phone so we didn’t want to waste a trip and agreed to the regular rate. $90 for 90 min without hot stones.
