Lisa is very intuitive in her treatments and knows how to create a safe, soothing atmosphere. She works on gently releasing the muscles so you don't come out feeling bruised, and I am always super zen afterwards. Highly recommend!
I highly recommend Lisa. I was dealing with lower back issues and have seen many physios and chiropractors over the years with limited results. After just a couple of sessions with Lisa, my back has made a significant improvement. She is knowledgeable, thorough, and takes the time to understand the root cause rather than just treating the symptoms.

I've been to many massage therapists, physios, chiros, osteos etc over the decades and it was obvious within minutes of the treatment getting underway that Lisa was highly competent and knowledgeable. Her technique is more than a cut above a massage you'll get at most places.
