Lisa is an excellent massage therapist with an expansive understanding of the body and muscles.
Lisa is an absolute gem. She’s so knowledgeable and has such a beautiful space in Dee Why. I’ve done a few 1hour 45minute pregnancy massages now and the results have been amazing. I love a good remedial massage but Lisa’s technique is on a whole other level. I’m not in pain or discomfort during the massage and I walk away better than ever. I’m so glad I found her.

I would recommend the remedial massage for all cyclists. Lisa combines the remedial massage with stretching and repositioning key muscle groups. I find this massage as an essential part of my cycling overall fitness and condition - highly recommended
