I had purchased a Groupon and made an appointment with Carolyn and said she would text me the night before. I received a text message the night before saying she was sick and would need to reschedule. Told her that was fine and appointment rescheduled. I text her today at 5:48pm to confirm for the following day of my appointment and asked if she was seeing clients. I purchased a Groupon for a prenatal massage which I’ve seen some other people who have purchased Groupon’s from her I’ve had issues. first of all I called her several times to make an appointment I never received a call back and then received a text message, saying she would give me a call the next day the next day I never received a call then until I text her again saying I tried to reach out. it’s very difficult to make an appointment with her which is very unprofessional.
