Friendly front desk staff. Good massage and adding the mango foot scrub was fabulous!
Tried the spa once, and the therapist was good. During payment, the front desk associate informed me of their membership program and how I could save on this visit by signing up for the membership. I thought I’d give it a try. As I was signing the contract, I asked the associate about the program and if I could cancel at any time. Buyer beware. After being a paying member for over 1 year and using less than half of my services I decided to end my membership. This was due to multiple issues with my account and horrible customer service over the phone. Services disappearing from my account when I hadn't used any, not being informed of my points balance and what I could use it on, being told I had added my husband to the membership and it not being done. Great accommodating staff with amazing hours of operation! I live out of state but was able to get in while here on a trip. Liz was my massage therapist. She was great! ☺️ huge reduction in pain and an increase in mobility. Thanks!
