Do NOT go to see Lester B. He is often late by at least 15 mins, forcing me to shorten my booked time, and had even left me in the room alone for the same amount of time, forcing me to get dressed again and go out into the halls looking for him. Room smells mostly and customer service is subpar… spend your money anywhere else and you’ll be happy
Alex was really amazing! He helped get all the knots out of my back and now I feel great again! He's also a great conversationalist. Excellent experience. The receptionist is incredibly sweet and kind. An overall lovely experience.
The receptionist was so rude. Didn’t get her name but Asian lady was passive aggressive the moment I walked in, don’t think she can do her job well either but completely rude unlike the other lady who had amazing customer service I saw
