I had a horrible experience with Fatna Omer. She's incompetent and unprofessional. After filling the form for a first visit therapeutic massage detailing my request that I wanted a quiet massage, I drew the part of my body i wanted concentration on. This therapist stood me up for 5 minutes asking me if what I drew is really what I want as if she was not prepared or she did not read my form before my appointment. Ask for a deep tissue and I could barely feel her touch. Nothing was fixed, I still need a proper massage. Not impressed I wasted 130 bucks
I’ve been going to Jo-Lan for massages for about a year, and it’s one of my favorite ways to relax and recharge. She is also knowledgeable about aromatherapy, which makes each session even more enjoyable. I occasionally experience back pain, and her massages have been very helpful in relieving it. I’m very happy with Jo-Lan’s work and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for both relaxation and therapeutic massage.
