Front desk was amazing and very kind. The massage however: I had Christina T. Who was late for the appointment, leaving me laying on the bed for a few extra minutes while I heard her talking on the phone. When she came in, the pain begun. Throughout the procedure she never asked me how the pressure was, and decided to use the most force she could until I finally asked her to ease off. Mariam is absolutely amazing! I came in with so much tension in my head, neck and shoulders and left feeling like a new person. She really knows her stuff when it comes to stretching but not the rushed kind, the deep, targeted stretches that actually release everything. Her focus on my cervical spine is next level. She found knots I didn't even know I had and worked them out without it being painful. Professional, calming, and super attentive. Will be booking every month from now on. Highly recommend!
