I would like to share my experience with the receptionist, Shanail. Unfortunately, I have had a very bad experience with her. She does not seem to know how to treat customers properly and is rude most of the time. While all the therapists are very good, this receptionist creates a negative impression. I strongly feel that a change in this position is necessary. 😊
