I booked with Neisha J. for my massage appointment by chance and I was blown away by the attention and care she showed me. She asked me my preferences and carried them out so amazingly. I feel so refreshed and happy after my appointment with Neisha, and I want to thank her so much for all the hard work and effort she puts in for her clients— it’s clear that this is how she just normally operates. I think I’ve found my new favourite masseuse!
Poor customer service, they lack professionalism …the lady at the reception is too rude…seems they don’t want to retain their customers..don’t waste your money.
I highly recommend Massage Addict at the Brampton location. The staff is fantastic! from the reception staff who is very welcoming and patient when booking appointments. Gursh always takes the time to connect with great conversations. Lloyd is a wonderful masseuse, who is very knowledgeable. He helps me deal with my chronic pain.
