Dr Ashley was pleasant and friendly and very helpful when I went for my orthotic fitting and then pick up. And so far the orthotics feel great
The receptionist was very rude. I called as a courtesy to let them know I would be 4 mins late and she initially ignored me and put me on hold without even asking then after she came back I told her the information and tried to ask if she received the forms they requested and she hung up on me
