HARSH SOOD IS AN AMAZING AND RESPECTFUL PHYSIOTHERAPIST. That was seriously the best massage i’ve had, I highly recommend him and honestly I’m not going to go to anyone else except him. I want to be clear the massage therapist himself was excellent. He was knowledgeable, professional, and clearly takes pride in his work. He’s the only reason this review isn’t lower. The clinic management, however, is completely unacceptable. There was no hot water for two weeks, which meant no hot towels something that is a bare minimum expectation for any massage clinic. Had a wonderful experience with Urvi, she paid great attention to detail. Always made sure the massage was okay and the pressure was okay. The hot towel was a nice touch as well. Thanks again Urvi!
First time visiting Massage Addict and Priya was amazing! She knew exactly where I was having pain and her technique was so relaxing. I felt so much better on my way out. I will definitely be going again!
