We had a horrible experience with Andrea she lacks professionalism and highly rude to customers. Unfortunately she was the only one available. Although my mother had a positive experience during her first visit, her last appointment was highly disappointing. Upon arrival, the receptionist was busy with insurance paperwork and did not provide timely assistance.
