Arun provided exceptional service. I found them to be very helpful and courteous.
I booked my appointment for the first time with them they called me 4-5 times to reconfirm my appointment and before 1 hour my appointment they called and told me therapist is not available that is unprofessional. They didn’t even reschedule it with another therapist same day.
I had a 60-minute hot stone massage and the massage itself was amazing. Unfortunately, the experience at checkout took away from what was otherwise a great service. I expected to pay $140 based on the price list advertised at the front of the store, but at checkout I was told the price was $150. The staff member made a phone call to confirm and stated that $150 was correct. I’ve been to this location many times, and the last three times I’ve booked with Mairelis. She is absolutely amazing. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, really listens to what you need, and adjusts her approach accordingly. Even just talking with her, you can tell she’s a gentle, kind person. I’ve seen several therapists there, and by far she is the best. She has given me the best massages I’ve ever had. I’m so glad a good friend recommended her to me. I won’t see anyone else now.
