Massage Addict at Brampton 410/Steeles is a horrible clinic. My husband has been a member and consistently attended his appointments. This past Friday October 31st , 2025 we had left a voicemail detailing he needed to cancel his appointment and even requested a callback. Guess what no callback and even was slapped with a cancellation fee. I just wanted to share my wonderful experience with Sandeep. She really understands how to target all the pain in my body and works her magic. Not only is she very professional, but she also makes me feel so relaxed that I end up falling asleep during the session. I recommend her to anyone looking for a quality and comfortable experience. You won’t be disappointed!
I had a massage with Harsh, who was professional and followed my focus areas. After the session I was shown stretches and posture that has since reduced my pain. I will be returning to this location. I cannot say this experience has been the same at other locations, so I had to leave a positive review where it was due.
My massage therapist was May. she was absolutely amazing. she was so personable. I was left feeling so relaxed. definitely would recommend her & this location.
