I have had a very frustrating experience with this location. My appointments have been cancelled back to back 5–6 times with very short notice, typically only 4–5 hours before the scheduled time. Each time, I am asked to rebook, but it is extremely difficult to find another suitable day and time on short notice. When I book an appointment, I make sure to keep my schedule free for that time. Such a wonderful experience with Steven! The atmosphere was calming and comfortable, and he checked in regularly to make sure the pressure was perfect. I felt completely pampered and relaxed, and the tension in my back was gone. I highly recommend him to anyone needing to de-stress!
I had my first acupuncture experience at Massage Addict and it was fantastic! Jackie was awesome, very professional, kind and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the whole session. Since it was my first time trying acupuncture, I really appreciated how she explained everything and made the experience relaxing. The entire team was friendly and welcoming, which made the visit even better. Great atmosphere and great service. 100% recommend!
