John and his team did a number of projects for us: a powder room, some wall repair, refinished hardwoods, and beautiful built-in closets (real wood carpentry, not the particle board stuff). He and his team were friendly and professional.
My initial interactions were great. They came out quickly, John was polite and helpful. He said he would email me later that night with options and prices. 4 1/2 weeks later, I still can’t get a call back or quote. I’ve left two voicemails and at one point someone did answer my phone call (not John) and said my job was on his list and he would get me a quote by the end of that week. I was so pleased with John and his team! I have worked with other contractors over the years and they were by far the best. I needed the fieldstone foundation repointed in addition to replacing wood timber posts with steel beams. It was a a big project requiring they drill into the concrete to create concrete footings etc. The team was excellent with attention to the details. John and his team renovated our outdated kitchen and brought it to life. The most important things is quality and cost - his team did great work and stayed in our budget from beginning to end. The project stayed on time and we are happy to recommend him to anyone in Boston area. We will work with him again on future projects !
