30 minutes before closing, and they dont answer the phone. They leave you on hold for the last 30 mins so they don't have to help you. This health care is a joke!
Wow, Just so bad. 1 hour on wait to cancel my insurance to be hung up on. For some reason you can not do it online. Called back and have been waiting for 40 minutes and they are about to close. They take your phone number incase you get disconnected but never call you back when you get disconnected from hold. I wish I could give them negative stars. Dealing with them has been my full-time job since November. Nobody there knows what they are doing , everyone says they will help you and somehow each time they make it much much worse. I agreed too pay 106$ for insurance. They asked for proof of income. After receiving it they lowered it to 17$. I fought with them about every single medication I have and then randomly they just changed my plan from type 2 to type 3 and it went from 17$ to 700$...? oh and nobody can tell me why or how... read more
I would give 0 if I could. I say this with my chest - these are the most incompetent people I think I've ever had the displeasure of speaking to in my life. Very long story short, we needed a 1095-A form corrected and reissued because of a mistake they made last year which has now screwed us on our taxes. We were told this process would take 3-5 business days MAX - 2.5 weeks and 5 phone calls later and the agent I spoke is saying they're busy so it's taking longer than usual.
