They cancelled my insurance plan without notifying me, switched me to another plan that cost 8x times the cost of the plan I purchased. I filled out and submitted the Health Connector Ombuds Office Contact Form only to get the notification that the form cannot be submitted due to a technical issue.

If I could give negative stars I would. The health connector has been awful. We have had issues with them since enrollment. Unfortunately this is our only option since we are both self employed. They terminated our plan for no reason and made us wait 6 weeks for them to resolve it with the carrier (when it was their fault). Now we need to submit proof of income which we did well before it was due. And now they increased our premium to more than double what we are approved for and downgraded my 2 year olds insurance because w... read more

There are mistakes, but for the most part, they appear to be trying to get this right. I dealt with three CSRs while correcting an issue I had with them not correctly processing my proof of income for insurance and charging me twice for medical insurance once that matter was resolved. The first was horrible. He made no effort to work internally to understand and deal with the proof of income problem.
