More issues 2/17: I have no words for how disgusted I'm with this agency. The new issues started in November when I went into pay my dental insurance only to discover my plan is nowhere to be found! I call - no one has a clue what the hell is going on, of course. I get a ticket number with a promise someone would call back. I get the call - they suggest something that doesn't work. Be aware that you will pay for those credits at the end of the year. My federal tax refund is GONE because I had to pay all of that back. This is not worth it. Thank you Massachusetts for taking my money and making me have health insurance.

Unacceptable. Health Connector and Mass Health will cancel your policies without notifying you Back in 2023 Health Connector canceled my Health Insurance. I went without Health Insurance for 5 months because I didn't need to use it. Luckily I only needed it to refill a $10 prescription, nothing serious This year Health Connector canceled my Dental Insurance without notifying me.
