The OT messed up my left ring finger out of laziness & incompetence, worried about her lunch instead of setting my ring finger with care & patience. F-
I reached out to them multiple times after I sent in my medical records, but never heard back from them. I included messages sent via their Epic messaging system. I expressed the urgency of my medical condition and even asked if the orthopedic surgeon was too busy for me and to let me know. No replies. It's not what I would expect from such a prominent hospital.
Having had multiple surgeries, Dr. Hershmann is an outstanding surgeon. The entire team is in sync and have a great rapor with me today and I recommend you do the very best for yourself and call Dr. Hershmann. P.Gordon
Very unhappy about this Department. I am considered a new patient and got reschedule 3 times back to back Eventually after the Third time being reschedule and not being seen by a provider due to poor scheduling etiquette I decided to be seen somewhere else . Please check out your options before scheduling with Orthopedics at mgh or have a back up plan otherwise you'll be waiting forever.
Shocking substandard of care in hip orthopedics, lack of proper physical evaluation, diagnostic tests. follow up, and provider response to text questions s, concerns, Perhaps different if you are surgical candidate, if not you will become one e, or worst crippled with this negligence, tegretfully
