Made an appointment for a test over 6 months in advanced. Waited five months and my test was only 3 weeks away when they cancelled it and made me reschedule. Since then they have rescheduled it 3 more times. Absolutely terrible service. This test is for chronic pain that can’t be pushed off. If I schedule six months in advanced why wait until just weeks before to reschedule and why make me then reschedule multiple times.
Would rather die of my ailments at this point than have to deal with these people again. Front desk people don’t know what they’re talking about- they assured me I was scheduled for a certain test when I called multiple times to confirm. Then they sent me a before visit info packet about the testing they’ll be doing with no mention of the test I specifically asked about. Front desk lady again confirmed I would be getting that test. How broken of a system. Customer service / call center is absolutely exhausting, and not helpful at all. It’s really sad and really discouraging. I feel terrible for those who are in much worse shape than me. Do better. They certainly have the money to do so.
Customer service is absolutely horrible. I was on the phone with them from 8,30 am to 4:30 pm. Just kept getting people who didn’t have a clue. One person would tell you one thing and the next would tell you something totally different. I kept being put on hold no one would ever come back to help me.
