Terrible customer service at this office. Played telephone tag with the receptionists for three whole months while trying to get a status update on my referral. Twice it failed to go through, but MGH never bothered to return my calls to let me know. And each time I asked to be called directly, they left a message with a random PA at my doctor's office, who never relayed the message to me.
