Dr. Gu is a fantastic doctor. After moving to a new city, I am grateful to have found someone as knowledgeable, professional, and personable as Dr. Gu to help me manage my condition.
I wrorte to inquiry about a potential new patient appointment. This nurse hung up on me!!! One of the worst customer service I have ever had!
Did not have a great experience as a patient - always long waits to get calls answered and had to constantly be chased for follow-ups whether over the phone or to fill prescriptions. Endocrinologist I saw was the least knowledgeable in the 19.5 years of being T1D - asked me between humalog/basaglar which was my long acting vs. short acting (yikes). On a more personal note, they need to update their guiding voice system for when you call in.
