BILLING is a huge problem. Their system summarily rejects valid insurance. Their customer service does not care. I am insured with a major carrier. Their system is set up to reject my valid insurance. Every time I see a provider I have to spend 2 days trying to get claims through the system. They blame AI. I basically pay over 800 dollars a month through my employer for insurance that is impossible to use because MGH won't fix their claims process and doesn't care about the problem. Just want to take a moment to review our experience at MGH labor and delivery. We were visiting Boston from out of town. My daughter was advised, from her OB/GYN, to go to the nearest ED after describing symptoms that were out of the norm. We were immediately received with kindness and compassion. She was quickly seen and monitored. The women in the labor and delivery unit were lovely. Es mi hospital de más de 30 años, recomendable no tienes que ir a otra parte para hacerte exámenes todo lo tienes ayi y el restaurante muy buena selección de todo y la cafetería las 24/7 abierta cuando tienes que estar en emergencia excelente servicio y todos sus trabajadores muy amables
