I am extremely disappointed in the serious lack of management and professionalism at this clinic. During my visit to Pediatric Allergy at Yawkey, Fruit St., a nurse named SHAWN was unprofessional, engaged in unnecessary and unwanted physical contact without the patient’s consent. Dr. Waldron is rude and unprofessional. Do NOT go here! Staff seems miserable as well.
I am completing allergy shots at Mass General Brigham in Chestnut Hill. You are only allowed to book four appointments at a time, and are not guaranteed a consistent time each week or even that you will be able to see the seen each week at all. For those who don’t know how all allergy shots work, if you are not able to be seen at least once per week then you have to go back a dose. I have done two oral food challenges with CNP Aimee Keller. She is just the warmest, kindest, most compassionate and comforting person you could ask for. I wouldn't have gotten through the challenges without her. 🫶🏼
My Allergist is very kind and caring. She is knowledgeable which makes it easier for me to understand how to take care of my allergies.
