Everyone was incredibly nice.
Everyone has always been so friendly and nice. My experience was great.
The receptionist, nurses, Doctors, everyone at Massac Memorial Pain Center have hearts of gold. I have never ever in my entire 62 years of my life have ever been to a doctor's office of any kind been so welcomed. Everyone that works there care for ever single person who walks through their doors. Everyone is given their own special treatment for whatever they need, even if it's just a hug, a tissue to dry your tears.
