Procedures explained well. After trying several other pain centers that failed, I had came to accept that I would have to continue living in constant pain. After hearing several compliments about Massac Memorial Pain Center, from existing patients, I decided to give them a try. On my very 1st visit with Ashley Suggs I heard better explanations about my condition and results to be expected than from any others that proved to be a waste of time and $.
Ashley is very nice and professional. She talks on my level and doesn't talk over my head. She explains things to where I can understand them.
Listens very attentively. Makes me feel safe and comfortable to share my story and not be dismissed.
