Im 60 years old and going threw bad depression I been going here the Counselor i had a nice guy but my complaint is he talks so low I can't hear half the things he saids and because they make appointments so far I forgot I have a appointment They will call me to tell me a few minutes after my appointment to tell me i missed my appointment but wont call me to remind me i have appointment and When I say I live right down the street I can come now they say no I have to reschedule , and they will give me a date and time and it's... read more
The counselors I had were good but they chose to charge the insurance that wouldn't cover my visits instead of the one I had that would. We had to fight to get the $2,000+ charges dropped. I had to quit going because they were charging $300+ dollars a visit!
