Excellent service and communication…Thank you.
Showed up today at 4:30 pm with some reefer issues and they met me at my truck. Dropper trailer in front of bays and they got to work . They replaced a part and cleared my codes and I was fixed and rolling in 45 minutes. Best experience at a thermoking so far Lot is big enough to do turn around in with trailer just be mindful of the garbage truck traffic from the building next door. Thanks guys
In the middle of the night, our reefer died, and we lost the load. We were a little ways from Mass Truck TK but after reading other reviews we decided to call them. The gentleman (Chris) said to get there as soon as we could, and he'd do his best to get us fixed asap. We got there about an hour later, and he pulled us right into a bay. Within 20 minutes he diagnosed it as possibly being the control board (motherboard), which is $2400. Called at 11 am. When my trailer was at a different location for repair. To see if they could get me in for an alternator replacement on my APU. Called me back immediately and had both types of alternators in stock. I bob tailed an hour away to the shop, they had me in and out in 30 mins!!! THANKS GUYS
