We’re not from the area — we were here for our son’s soccer game when we suddenly had a tire issue. After searching online for a well-reviewed shop, we found Mass Tire and Auto Service, and they completely exceeded our expectations. Horrible place. Got into an accident and needed a new radiator. They said I'm barking up the wrong tree and can't do that. I don't see why when the one down the street was able to do it no problem. Don't come here for any auto service!

I recently bought new rims and had no idea which tires would be the right fit for my specific rims and car. The team was extremely friendly and understanding, offering me multiple options and clearly explaining the differences in looks and performance for each price range. Huge shoutout to Brandon for all his help and for recognizing how excited I was—he even sent me pictures of the new rims on my car before I came to pick it up!
