They suck they were out of my house a couple months ago for my hospital bed. I needed a new controller and I’ve had nothing but excuses on why they have not put a pre-authorization to my insurance company as of yet they tell me they’re working on it I’ve been told they don’t have enough employees, they’ve been severely shortstaffed that they cannot do anything about it yet. I would give star in minus, worst service, called many times to fix stair lift for my grand father , they came to evaluate stair lift, they said they will send to insurance to approve it, its been a month, they haven’t send anything to insurance, insurance called them many times, I called them many times but still waiting. Very inconvenient and frustrating
