I contacted Mass Roofing and Gutter for an urgent roofing issue after water began dripping from my ceiling following a recent storm. They scheduled a service appointment for the next day with a two-hour arrival window. They never showed up – and more concerning, never contacted me to cancel. I called up Mark for a small repair. He answered in a reasonable amount of time set up an appointment and gave me a price that was reasonable. He finished the job when he said he was going to and cleaned up his mess. All in all it was a good experience and the price was reasonable. I would recommend this company to others.

So far, I have nothing but good to say about Mark and his work. He has a very friendly demeanor and strikes a good balance of listening to what you think you want and sharing his advice from decades of experience. We were hoping to have our roof re-shingled before family arrived from across the country, and Mark made it happen, even going to city hall in person to expedite the permit. I called Mark and he showed up when he said he was going to. I had quite a few questions for him. He was patient with me and answered them all thoroughly. We were able to write up a contract that made me feel comfortable that he knew the work that I wanted to get done. In the end the roof turned out beautiful and he didn't leave any of the trash after. I would call him again to do work for me if I had more.
