I hired Mass&Mass to do some minor repairs on my roof. They had the lowest bid, but also the most accurate as to the service needed; no upselling like most of their competitors. And in follow up, we agreed an additional part was required and they on charged cost to add it. They showed up promptly and efficiently got the work done with pictures to document the work. I highly recommend Wilson and his team.
Their team arrived on time, identified and fixed a tricky roof leak fast, and left the entire yard cleaner than when they arrived-top-notch workmanship and service.
I hired Wilson for three tasks: gutter leak repair, exterior paint cleaning, and minor roof moss treatment. None were done properly, and their work left me with new issues I now need to fix myself. For the gutter leak, he insisted on replacing the L-flashing—something I didn’t believe was the cause. They replaced the existing and functional flashing and several shingles in the process. I’ve worked with Mass & Mass twice now for roof and siding repairs from storm damage. They are fast, do a great job, and are reasonably priced. Great to work with!
They replaced a beam for me last year that was rotting. Less than half the price of competition. Great job also! I’d recommend these guys 100% to anybody in a heartbeat.
