Mass Lock was on time and very professioinal.
I wanted extra keys and was never told they would cost me 35 each. This is a standard lock and was in shock to know i owed 35 for each key and had 8 made! I flet they took advantage of me! 35 per key is high and i skould h e been told!
Service was provided on time and cost effective.
Very professional and easy to schedule. Locksmith was affable and took care of what we asked. He also helped us with a few of the latch and door fit issues too!

Making the appointment online was super easy. A woman called the next day to confirm, which was nice. The locksmith who arrived (Nick) was highly professional and friendly. He did a great job at an affordable price. I am very happy with Mass Lock, I'd use them again and would recommend them to anyone.
