Mass Insurance was 10 golden Stars, great customer service, helpful and easy to get a hold of. When they sold to NFP I would give NFP 0 stars but it wasn't an option. Its nearly impossibly to reach anyone. We are trying to add a new car on our policy for 24 hours and can't reach a human. They seem to call back right when you can't talk. Extremely frustrating dealing with poor customer service

I canceled after 7 years , rude staff put you on hold and give outrageous rates. Never went down even with multi line and 0 claims. Adding new driver was going to charge me for the entire year when policy was up in 2 months. I canceled found insurance rates elsewhere for 30% or more less. My son his own policy almost 30yrs old. 10yrs experience said they were very rude with him while asking for quote to add new car. Also gave him a rate of 3800 a year. Used to be a small Local Broker it has now been ABSORBED by a huge national Brokerage named NFP. The personalized, responsive service is now gone.
