To be able to get someone to pick up the phone and get answers in this day and age… not an AI Chatbot, but a guy who can solve problems… well, it’s exactly like that credit card commercial is all I’ll say.

I called 4 hard money lenders. No one answered the phone the first time. I called again a week later and got 3 no answers and left a message with a receptionist but no one ever called me back. A friend recommended I call Mass Hard Money. Bill answered the call on the second ring. He was ready to immediately start hearing about my deal and after 10 minutes we had the outline of a loan. We closed 8 days later. Every time I called him he answered the phone... hard to find these days.
