Dr.Jess Kaplan is the best GI doctor I have ever taken my children to. He's attentive listens to all questions and concerns and works in a professional yet compassionate manner with his patients. I would recommend him to anyone who needs a good GI doctor!

The line for specimen and blood collection is insane. It’s the reason I’m switching. Between that and the absurd confusion with the color coding - I’d rather fight my way into Boston.
I have had 2 prostate biopsies here at Mass General Brigham. And the doctor and nurses were kind and understanding and brought great comfort to me knowing that I was in great hands. Wonderful people 💓🙏🙏
