Dr Megan was wonderful as was Perri who gave ultrasound. The check in staff for ultrasound was very helpful too. The extra time to drive was worthwhile. Thank you.
Over an hour wait for scheduled imaging with patients after me getting in before me. There wasn’t one staff in sight to monitor/keep an eye on the waiting area flows. I finally found someone when they were escorting another patient in and she acted surprised and said a machine was down. Then another person came in and said it would be 15 min more. Worst…everything was very bad…after delivery they didn’t take care properly
Went to mgh waltham for mammogram / ultrasound and was positively surprised by how nice the experience was! Being smaller vs NWH or MGH etc, parking was super easy and close to the imaging suite which was a very nice, updated facility. There was very little wait, and all staff I interacted with were very nice and easygoing. Got the imaging done rather quickly then the radiologist read the images immediately and shared the results right away, so it overall took less than an hour. Highly recommend.
