Great staff here!
The line for specimen and blood collection is insane. It’s the reason I’m switching. Between that and the absurd confusion with the color coding - I’d rather fight my way into Boston.
I have had 2 prostate biopsies here at Mass General Brigham. And the doctor and nurses were kind and understanding and brought great comfort to me knowing that I was in great hands. Wonderful people 💓🙏🙏
I've only had good experiences at MGH West. Occasionally the lab waiting line gets a little long, but other than that the staff is extremely knowledgeable and supportive.
Phlebotomy is poorly staffed and wait times are ridiculous. Phlebotomists are curt and rude.
