They explained everything and took there time excellent staff
I had a ct/pet scan today. I must say all the employees were very kind. I was treated like I was their only patient. They made sure I was very comfortable. Amazing how kind everyone was.
The staff at this facility are always exceptional. It’s a bit less hectic than the main campus on Fruit Street, but I prefer coming here because the people are accommodating, understanding and empathetic. There’s plenty of parking and there’s a pleasant waiting area. To the folks who work here- please keep it up and thanks so much for what you do!
This is a bright, clean, modern facility, however my lone experience there left a very poor impression. I arrived 5 min early(6:45AM on a Sunday) and found the door locked. A sing directed me to press a button, but none was evident. After pressing a few of what may have been buttons, I was buzzed in. I entered and seemed to be alone.
