Mass general hospital proved to be my and my son's worst nightmare, the staff were uncompasionate,unkind people,the communication for us from them was almost non-existant,the doctors acted like he was an experimate,not a human being,it was horendous, my son died when he should have lived,terrible place the doctors are not there to save lives,they are there to gain knowledge at the expense of death,they do not care
after all the great reputation of this hospital i was very disappointed .... the staff for the most part were very unfriendly ,the communication was almost non exsistant ,tests were scheduled and we were not informed until last minute . i can only hope we never have to go back there again. :(
