If I could give zero stars I would. Had a referral, they kept losing the records sent up. Took a year for an appt. That was supposed to be today. MyChart prompted me to prepay over $1,000. Then, knowing the doctor was leaving the practice for at least a week, they waited till the Friday before a Monday morning appointment to call me and tell me the appointment was not happening. This hospital is a five star hospital. Words cannot express our family's gratitude for the staff, nurses, and doctors who treated our mother with the utmost care and respect. We were greeted with nurses and doctors within MINUTES of arriving to see her- each, and every time. They were beyond communicative when we were present (or not) and it is because of their loving care and professionalism, we believe that our mothers lifted spirits are what healed her so quickly. We will be forever indebted to MGH. Angels work there.
