I will always be profoundly grateful for MGH. At times, it can be frustrating and concerning when appointments get moved—especially when you have a long travel time like we did—but after going through the entire process from referral to my wife's successful open-heart surgery, it all makes sense. They are incredibly busy because they are the best hospital in the world. If an appointment gets moved, it is because an emergency came up and they are saving someone's life.
