While dr.Lilly was super nice I felt rushed both times I met w her. (Forget that it took me almost a year to get this appt) She brushed over any questions I had and just threw a bunch of scripts at me. I understand they are busy but I wish I felt peace of mind for the questions I went in with. I’m def going to go elsewhere for my next dermatology appt. (Very surprised this is through the MGH, I always feel so cared for w MGH but not here)

Made an appointment in September for May the next year. In February they send me a letter in the mail saying they canceled the appointment because the doctor would be gone that day and to reschedule. Call up to reschedule and get told the next appointment is in November, over a year after the original call for an appointment. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere where they actually care.

Dr. Stephens and the whole staff were great. Though it took forever and a half to actually get in (I think about a year-ish from my initial appointment—due to things outside my control my appointment had to be rescheduled a couple times and each time pushed it out another 6 months or so), my actual appointment started on time and all my concerns were addressed :)

My experience at MGH Dermatology was excellent. I was surrounded by medical people that were caring and professional. Dr. Neel, with his years of experience, explained everything clearly and answered all my questions. Dr. Lim was precise and took his time during the procedure. I am grateful for his exceptional skill and dedication to my well being. The medical assistant, Janine Evora, did a great job making sure I had the final instructions before going home.
