After verifying on the phone that the type of care I was seeking would be available to me here I made an appointment. Terrible experience. Saw Dr Shen & a fellow, Dr. Kennedy. They told me my pain was "too complex" so they couldn't treat me. They said one diagnosis couldn't explain my pain so therefore they didn't have any answers. Dr Shen went on to say all he could offer with some small amount of confidence of it making a difference was cervical spinal epidural injections, although he did not seem to think this would address the majority of my pain.
