The utter disregard and disrespect for people with severe pain disorders is beyond unprofessional, it's heinous. Its intentional sadistic behaviors. They go out of their way to keep people in severe pain and lack the backbone to even consider or appeal medications for their patients. The providers are ofen out and thw only communication ia with condescending staff who hasn't spent one day in proper medical training. I had an extremely disappointing experience with Andrea Bonanno. Not only was she unprofessional, but she was also outright rude to my family. Instead of showing empathy and patience, she was dismissive and condescending throughout our interactions. A healthcare professional should make patients feel comfortable and supported, but unfortunately, that was not the case here. I would not recommend her services to anyone looking for respectful and compassionate care.
Absolutely useless. Don't bother going here because they won't listen to you lol. I don't even have a complicated injury but for some reason they think it will heal itself because I am in my 20s? Ok. Wasted 6 months of my life jumping through their numerous hoops with no results despite saying their "treatment" isn't working. Treatment being a loose term. Go elsewhere - don't waste your time.
