Dr. Schwartz has been a game changer! I have chronic pain due to chronic illness and she has made my life more bearable. I’m able to do so many more things in life due to the procedures I’ve had. After verifying on the phone that the type of care I was seeking would be available to me here I made an appointment. I have an order from a well renowned doctor requiring I have a specific procedure. When I arrived I was told that they refused to do the procedure. Terrible experience. Saw Dr Shen & a fellow, Dr. Kennedy. They told me my pain was "too complex" so they couldn't treat me. They said one diagnosis couldn't explain my pain so therefore they didn't have any answers. Dr Shen went on to say all he could offer with some small amount of confidence of it making a difference was cervical spinal epidural injections, although he did not seem to think this would address the majority of my pain.
