 RecommendedWorked with the most amazing team of front line workers in the ICU last evening. These nurses from ICU working along side travel nurses and floated nurses from all over NSMC. The amazing respiratory therapists who are unsung heroes in the time also need recognition. Down to the PCAs, secretary and housekeeping staff, all I can say is what a team.Â
not allowing the cleaning staff to wear PPE is barbaric. how dare you put there lifes at risk. shame on you!Â
I'm very upset... I'm here with my son at the er we are across from the nurses station so they are chatting away which is fine... WHEN I HERE THEM LAUGHING, GIGGLING, AND JOKING ABOUT THE EXACT SAME THING HE'S HERE FOR... talk about a pissed off mom....Â
Was sitting here for 5 hours being sent by my primary for an excruciating migraine. After people who came in well after me were brought in I finally got called to go into a tiny split room. Nurse was very friendly and that is the ONLY positive thing! My migraines make my eyes very sensitive to light and I emphasized this three times. They took me from this tiny split room onto a bed in the main hallway of the emergency room right under the light fixtures! I had to walk out. Worst experience I have ever had!Â
 RecommendedReduced to limited activity and no running I thought I was headed for a (repeat ) patellar debridement surgery when I was referred to Dr. Mahooti. After a thorough examination including X-ray and ultrasound it was determined that my quad (which, I learned controls the patellar) put tension on the patellar, causing the pain. He treated me twice with therapeutic needling and - I'm running again, pain free. I highly recommend Dr. Mahooti! Covered by insurance and results are quick!Â
I used to appreciate the care at Partners, but found out today that they stopped taking my insurance; not because it isn’t a reputable insurer or anything... solely because it was purchased privately rather than through a company. Very angry about this! Some people are forced to buy private insurance because their employer’s plan is insufficient for their needs.Â
Such a shame not to be able to recommend because location is great and waiting room clean . Tried to bring my mom there tonight . Walked in to any empty waiting room and immediately felt like I had just bothered the receptionist. Explained why I was there and did not get the feeling she listened. She had to go back to talk to provider and then came back and stated that they did not have the services there and I should take my mom to the ER. The most incompetent bunch of buffoons in the medical and financial area. They'll let you bleed to death from an injury while they focus on drug addicts and low lifes. Afterwards, they mess up your insurance and bill as though you have no coverage. Ultimately, it gets resolved, but in the meantime you're treated rudely.Â
