Such a shame not to be able to recommend because location is great and waiting room clean . Tried to bring my mom there tonight . Walked in to any empty waiting room and immediately felt like I had just bothered the receptionist. Explained why I was there and did not get the feeling she listened. She had to go back to talk to provider and then came back and stated that they did not have the services there and I should take my mom to the ER. Went to PUC in Newton today when my knee started acting up. Was greeted by Richie on arrival...friendly, courteous and helpful. Got my paperwork done and me into an examining room in 10 minutes. Brooke then came in, took down all my medical details, checked my blood pressure and got me ready for the Doc. Again, friendly, efficient and only another ten minutes.
