This is my go-to location for urgent care needs, even though the Newton location is closer. The service and care I receive are consistently good. The wait times are reasonable. Try to be there when they open for a shorter wait.
The service here is ok, except for the long wait time. However, be careful of any medical equipments they provide to you. I was there with an ankle sprain. The doctor gave me a support boot and told me it would be covered by my insurance. This boot is about $60 from my search, but the provider for MGB, name Surgi care, sent a $400 bill to my insurance. After my insurance paid them over $200, which is already over 3 times of the actual price of this support boot, Surgi care sent me another bill asking for another $181 and thr... read more
