I went in there for my dad’s dislocated shoulder, when we first came in there was no one at the front desk: our first red flag. Then we heard talking and laughing from the back so we just assumed they were on break, so we sat down. We waited for 15 minutes, listening to them talk. Finally my mom got up and asked one of them to come out, to which they rudely replied; “one second!” Sounding like a child, finally when someone came out, we heard the news: there wasn’t a x-ray, which they said that they had on their website. UPDATE: Raising my rating from 2 to 3 stars because: a) my wife said that everyone was very nice; and b) After leaving a phone complaint about the visit, we've received at least three follow-up phone calls from them trying to explain what happened, and to answer the lingering questions from the visit. Their story is that my wife declined to have me in the room, which could boil down to a communication issue, since she DID want me in the room. But even so, that doesn't explain the extended delay before they even asked my wife... read more

Very disappointing experience that reflects poorly on MGB’s reputation. We visited on the morning of 06/19/2026 because my wife had a severe cough and needed medical attention. First, we waited nearly two hours before she was seen. After the appointment, the prescribed medications were sent to a different pharmacy location than the one I specifically requested.
