Our experience was so wonderful, such care and treatment by all staff.
I brought my grandmother here the other day, and although there were long wait times the staff and service exceeded our expectations. The receptionist, nurses, and doctor were all very kind and when they came in to talk to us, took their time, and it felt like they genuinely cared. Every time they had an update, the doctor came right in to inform us. Thank you for taking good care of our elderly!
This urgent care is exceptional. Great care, attentive staff, friendly and efficient.
Very rude!!! too long wait(August/2026 9:30am~1:25pm) I cancelled and I moved another urgent center Absolutely unacceptable experience at this urgent care in Foxboro. It was a rude receptionist who shamelessly and brazenly explained—while lying—that non-medical desk staff determine the urgency and order of treatment. Wait times are well over 2 hours. 3 registrar's to check in but only 1 person seeing patients. Billing practices warrant much better service to those with urgent care needs.
