Walked in with my 6 year old son who had just broken his wrist at school. Was checked in quickly, seen within 5 minutes by the nurse, then immediately got x-rays and a cast was placed shortly after that. Everyone was very kind and they answered all of our questions. Highly recommend.
I sent my mother to be seen for an acute back injury, the second thing on the list on the website of issues treated here at the Peabody location and she was told they don’t treat backs. Wasted trip, time and money in an effort to seek efficient, targeted care to manage her symptoms and be able to attend my father’s funeral the next day. She will likely seek care at a different urgent care today and hope for more attentive service. An appointment with Dr Ayers today the receptionist was terrible 15 minutes and nobody cared 25 minutes later I see the doctor do you think he says I'm sorry no he's in the other room playing on his computer you're making appointment keep your appointment
Walk in service was excellent. Everyone was friendly, professional, and helpful. Highly recommended.
I was skeptical when my doctor suggested I go here. I couldn't have been more wrong. Everyone was wonderful. Took about five minutes to check in. Evaluated almost immediately. Got x-rays five minutes later. Five minutes after that a physician's assistant evaluated me and we agreed on a cortisone shot which she administered right away and wrote me a prescription. I was in and out of there in about a half hour and everyone I interacted with was kind, efficient and professional.
