Walk in service was excellent. Everyone was friendly, professional, and helpful. Highly recommended.
I was skeptical when my doctor suggested I go here. I couldn't have been more wrong. Everyone was wonderful. Took about five minutes to check in. Evaluated almost immediately. Got x-rays five minutes later. Five minutes after that a physician's assistant evaluated me and we agreed on a cortisone shot which she administered right away and wrote me a prescription. I was in and out of there in about a half hour and everyone I interacted with was kind, efficient and professional.
⭐ 1 Star I had a very concerning experience at this orthopedic walk-in clinic in Peabody. I presented with a hand injury and specifically explained that I work in a hospital lifting and transferring patients. I requested a 3-day note to stay out of work, which is entirely reasonable given the nature of my job and the injury. Instead, they issued me a note to return to work immediately, despite the fact that I was prescribed strong pain medication.
