Awful! Very disappointing how they treat people! Sad to see you are just a number. Very bad experience! Supervisor and all they not professional
The whole CALL CENTER game when I need to call the doctor's office, sucks!!!! It's just like trying to call Comcast... on hold 20 minutes, then disconnected, call back & wait another 20-30 minutes before the next fiasco. If/when you manage to get a human on the line they're ALWAYS rude and unprofessional. How about a doctors office that answers the phones and treats patients and caregivers with respect, how about THAT?
