This office is terrible.The front desk staff are incredibly rude, they would not book me an appointment until 3 weeks after an ER visit knowing I was in severe discomfort. It is impossible to get to follow up on any questions. I had been a patient therefore years but after Dr. Reardon retired it seems like they dont care about their patients- it’s almost like they don’t want any?
Absolutely avoid — they charged me $1,529 for treating sinusitis. Completely unreasonable. I initially scheduled the visit with Dr. Namiranian due to difficulty sneezing. After being treated for sinusitis, my primary symptom did not improve, which is why I continued to follow up with the office to seek an appropriate solution. There was ongoing confusion regarding the recommendation to use over-the-counter Astepro if sneezing continues. My concern was never excessive sneezing, but rather the inability to sneeze. Been to this crappy place 4 times already for my nose. They do not help at all putting a qtip up my nose and telling me what already know is extremely steep to charge insurance $900.00 this place is a joke receptionist are useless and the specialist suck . I been waiting for a referral for months now and nothing. Ive called 25 times already left voicemails spoke to whoever picked up. Still nothing i will be reporting this place for sure.
