I’ll be honest: We arrived 10 minutes late to my 3 year old’s appointment. The doctor, however, told the receptionist that we were “30 minutes late,” which simply wasn’t accurate. The receptionist was kind and did her best to check with the doctor again, but she refused to reconsider. This office is terrible.The front desk staff are incredibly rude, they would not book me an appointment until 3 weeks after an ER visit knowing I was in severe discomfort. It is impossible to get to follow up on any questions. I had been a patient therefore years but after Dr. Reardon retired it seems like they dont care about their patients- it’s almost like they don’t want any?

Absolutely avoid — they charged me $1,529 for treating sinusitis. Completely unreasonable. I initially scheduled the visit with Dr. Namiranian due to difficulty sneezing. After being treated for sinusitis, my primary symptom did not improve, which is why I continued to follow up with the office to seek an appropriate solution. There was ongoing confusion regarding the recommendation to use over-the-counter Astepro if sneezing continues. My concern was never excessive sneezing, but rather the inability to sneeze.
