Hip replacement 6/24/26 Please don't lay on my doorbell like the gestapo...I am on my way to answer the door. Why were my dressings taken off and not refreshed with new ones?? The nurses from Mass General Brigham & Women’s Home Care that cared for my husband for over a year were wonderful! Professional, knowledgeable and caring!
Honestly everyone who came from MGBHC was terrific. They even called on the weekend when my mom was discharged from the hospital to schedule. We were especially thankful and impressed with Tim the RN, Nicole the PT and Sandy the Health Care worker. All of them had outstanding skill sets, were professional and kind.
They never come when they are supposed to Nurse calls to give a half hour window for arrival and then might show up Terrible scheduling and service A few good nurses should go work for a real business Have had to call several times only to be told I’m not on the schedule
