Met Dr. Stump today. She and her team were AMAZING! I felt seen, I felt heard, I felt respected… I felt taken care of. I arrived 20 minutes early, and they took me right away. I love this place, and have been here for other specialists. They are very professional. There is ample parking, conveniently located, and the facility is immaculate.
Avoid this place! They lost one of their Doctors, neglected to communicate that, and ‘fired’ hundreds of loyal patients leaving people without care or ability to get prescriptions etc. I’ve honestly never seen such a blatant disregard, particularly for a place that is supposed to focus on customer experience. The even bigger issue was the rudeness from the office staff.
