I was charged $100 for a pregnancy test that I was not made aware of and I did not consent to. Especially offensive and confusing because I went to in for shortness of breath. Also, I've been celibate for 5 years. I messaged the billing department and they were going to get back to me, but the bill has already been sent to collections.
I recently called the phlebotomy department to ask about the possibility of using a private exam room for blood draws due to severe anxiety with needles. I have a history of feeling lightheaded and have nearly fainted during routine vaccines, so I typically need to lie down and take a few minutes afterward to recover safely.
