The staff are very knowledgeable, professional and sincerely care about the patients. They help you out in anyway they can. The facility is immaculate.

I went here for an hEDS diagnosis when I was 19 and was treated like a child and a liar. The doctor I went to asked questions that were not necessary for a diagnosis, like if my parents were divorced or if I had any pets. She also put my job under neonatal/pregnancy/development?? I fear I may have been treated like a child due to the fact that I mentioned I had autism at the start of the appointment, as it seemed like her entire attitude towards me changed. So glad to have a Mass General Branch so close to home! Parking is my only complaint but hospital staff is always friendly and accommodating. Much love to the hard working men and women that make Mass General Hospital a positive experience in healthcare.

I was charged $100 for a pregnancy test that I was not made aware of and I did not consent to. Especially offensive and confusing because I went to in for shortness of breath. Also, I've been celibate for 5 years. I messaged the billing department and they were going to get back to me, but the bill has already been sent to collections.
