Went w daughter to bring 5wk baby. It took 8 hours just for mri. I can’t believe how irresponsible they were. They also moved the plastic part of iv over six times around trying to find baby’s vein. As if the nurse was in training on an infant. Then other nurse decided to do it in hand instead. Horrible experience, hope to never go there again. Optometrist showed at the tenth hour. I’m totally disgusted with Pediatric department. This was a call ahead too. Unreal!!
Excellent care, friendly staff very attentive I felt so comfortable trusting my daughter's care.
They are somewhat rude when serving, you have to go ask what's next and all you see is that they sit down to talk and they say they are very busy. I had a bad experience. You have to wait a long time for them to resolve your problem. The truth is, I do not recommend it. I will look for another better place that will serve you better.
