The worst!!! Such attitude from the receptionist to the nurse. Is it possible that they were all having a bad day. Wow
The receptionist act as if they are superior and they are arrogant. It’s a shame that they have to act this way to an 85 yr old that doesn’t feel well in the first place. I only bring my dad here cause his PCP is here but I think we will go elsewhere from now on.
I was very very sick, yet turned away by the receptionist who said they were booked up. I go here because this is my care team’s home where they have my extensive med records. She told me to call her later in the day to see if someone could help me, or I could go to a walk in clinic. I went to convenient md in pembroke. I did have a nasty sinus infection as I had expected but they found I also have Covid. This is the 2nd time I’ve been turned away from mass gen Brigham.
