Absolutely terrible!!!! The workers in there are loud and constantly talking like its the high school lunch room. There was literally my daughter and 1 other patient and they were there just talking away rather than doing their job. They didn't talk my daughter through the process and just jabbed her. Shockingly they got her vein first try because when it came to my 1-year-old they were just digging in her arm and being very aggressive. They laugh behind the desk and stare at the Patients rather than doing what they're paid ... read more
